As you know, there is still a lot to do as regards equal rights, which is why we will focus on feminism, the unifying thread of this school year.
There are many feminist characters that are worth mentioning such as Marie Curie, Frida Kahlo, Victoria Kent, Eva Perón, Mafalda, Mary Wollstonecraft, Oprah Winfrey, Will Smith, Ryan Gosling... However, other nine characters were chosen to introduce each unit and subtopic. These are: Moana, Billy Elliot, The Obamas, Angelina Jolie, Nahko Bear, Ellen DeGeneres, Ashton Kutcher, Meghan Markle and Lena Dunham.
